REFUND POLICY We offer full refunds on all products within 14 days of purchase date.
DELIVERY POLICY All purchases for digital courses will be delivered immediately after purchase. All purchases of live coaching will be delivered as they are scheduled. (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Generally you can expect your items with 2-3 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.
RETURN POLICY We accept returns within 14 days of purchase with a full refund. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Summit Guitar School.
CANCELLATION POLICYÂ Customer may cancel orders within 14 days for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, cancellations will not be accepted.
